Fourth Annual Sip to Support Housing:
ACCT Celebrates 30 Years of Affordable Homes!

TICKETS ON SALE NOW!
When: Saturday, August 17th, 2019, 5-7pm

Where: Stonecutter Spirits | 1197 Exchange St | Middlebury, VT

What: This year, ACCT is celebrating 30 years of providing affordable homes in Addison County!  Join us for an evening of live music, light fare, and a silent auction/raffle featuring lots of goodies from gift certificates at your favorite restaurants to local products and crafts.  All proceeds go to benefit our affordable housing programs--creating homes, revitalizing properties, keeping rents affordable, and providing top-notch service to our residents.

Why: Because everyone deserves a quality affordable place to call home, and your support makes that possible for over 1,000 of our Addison County Neighbors--every single night.
The Details:  We are excited to announce that the Middlebury Community Music Center Jazz Quartet will once again be providing the live entertainment!  Refreshments will be provided by Almost Home Market, American Flatbread, and Champlain Valley Creamery.  Beer, wine, and of course Stonecutter's legendary cocktails will be available for purchase.

We also have an exciting slate lined up for the silent auction this year as well as raffles for getaways included with your ticket! Check out our Silent Auction & Raffle Preview below.

Need another reason to show up?  Check out these highlights from last year's event at Woodchuck Cider House.  Dozens of attendees turned out in support.  The youth jazz quartet from the Middlebury Community Music Center wowed the crowd as they enjoyed free cider samples and snacks provided by Champlain Valley Creamery, American Flatbread, and others.  One lucky silent auction winner went home with a pair of Adirondack chairs handcrafted by ACCT's Director of Property Managment!
