Availability
Homes for Sale:
No homes for sale at this time.
Available Lots:
We currently have one lot available in Lazy Brook (Starksboro) and two lots available in Hillside (Starksboro).
Please call or email Chris at 877-2626 ext. 107 to check if there is an available lot for your home. If you are looking to purchase a home in a park, check with a realtor or search the MLS online for listings, as homes in our parks are owner-occupied and therefore put up for sale by the residents rather than ACCT, in most cases. If you purchase a home from a resident, you first must qualify to live in the park. Download an application and find out more about applying.
Before moving a home into a park, be sure to review these Instructions for Moving a Mobile Home into an ACCT Park.
