Rent for a two-bedroom will be $775/mo and rent for a three-bedroom will be $850/mo--utilities included. HUD income limits apply. Additionally, per ACCT's Tenant Selection Policy on housing cost burden, applicants' gross income must be at least twice the rent, or the applicant must have a demonstrated ability to pay (e.g. Section 8 voucher).
