Welcome to
Firehouse Apartments

Located near downtown Bristol, Firehouse Apartments is a new mixed-income housing development of town-home flats and duplexes. The neighborhood is located half a mile from the Town Green and just across the street from the Rec Park and High School.
​Construction began in September 2022 and apartments are projected to begin leasing in September 2023.

Fifteen units will have rents that are affordable to households earning 50% or 60% of Area Median Income (or less), and the remaining five will be affordable for households earning up to 120% of AMI.

Included are two 1-bedroom ADA units; one standard and one sensory. 10 units on the 1st floor and 10 walk up units on the 2nd floor.

At this time rents are not subsidized by the property. Tenant based subsidies will be accepted.

  • Amenities include a community room, on-site laundry, gardens, and easy access to the Bristol Trail Network. 
 
  • Pet Policy: One cat, indoor always, or one caged animal - no snakes, no rodents.
