Change your Ride Habits This Year? ACTR is Seeking Your Input.

​As you may know, ACTR’s services were impacted in the past year by the railroad construction project in downtown Middlebury: 

• During the summer Bus System Transfer Hub was shifted between locations. 
• In December the Bus System Transfer Hub was moved from the center of town to Academy Street, necessitating redesigned in-county routes and schedules to preserve downtown access, timeliness and seamless transfers between routes.   

 
Today ACTR began a Bus Rider Survey so riders can tell us how we are doing.  Paper surveys are being distributed on board to riders, but we also want feedback from people who may have barriers to accessing the bus. 

We want to hear from constituents who a) stopped riding the bus since the December 1, 2017 Bus Schedule changes or b) haven’t ridden because of a concern.
