We are excited to announce that ACCT will be holding a 25th Anniversary Party at the Woodchuck Cider House in Middlebury on July 18th from 6-10pm.
The event will feature appetizers, 4 - 2 oz free cider samples (and cash cider bar), live music, a raffle, and silent auction. Tickets are $10 and all proceeds go to benefit affordable housing in Addison County. Additionally, Woodchuck is graciously donating $1 for every beverage sold during the event.

ACCT was recently awarded a Low Income Housing Tax Credit allocation to redevelop the 14-unit Gevry Mobile Home Park in Vergennes. If fully funded, the project is expected to break ground in mid-2016. It will be operated as a rental community for families making no more than 60 percent of area median income.
