More from Arthur Hamlin at the Department of Housing and Community Development: "In 2015 the median lot rent of nonprofit and cooperative parks was $302, a $10 increase from last year...The 55 nonprofit and cooperative parks contain 2,339 lots. This is 1/3 of all mobile home park lots in Vermont. The statewide vacancy rate is approximately 5.1% but only 107 lots are vacant in nonprofits and cooperatives, a vacancy rate of 4.6%."
