Our Multifamily Apartment Buildings

ACCT strives to develop attractive, energy-efficient apartments at many levels of affordability.  For most units, rent is capped at or below 30 percent of income for households earning anywhere from 100 percent of area median income to below 30 percent of area median income. Rents indicated below are approximate and subject to change. Some buildings are rent-subsidized, and actual rent may differ depending on your income. In some cases, income limits apply.  Please call 877-2626 x 109 for details and availability.

Addison Housing Limited Partnership
  • 97-101 Main St, 10 S Water St, and 14 S Maple St in Vergennes, & 15 Court St and 11 Seminary St in Middlebury

20 one-bedroom and 5 two-bedroom units, including 8 units with rental assistance through the HUD Section 202 Program.  Residents of the property must be age 55 or older, and subsidy eligibility begins at age 62.  Must be age 50 or older to be placed on the waitlist.  

Creekview Housing
  • 20-36 Hillside Acres, Vergennes
  • 1-2BR units
  • 2018 rent is $755 for a 1BR and $880 for a 2BR (unsubsidized)
36 one- and two-bedroom townhome-style units, including 20 with rental assistance through USDA-Rural Development.  When a subsidized unit becomes available, the subsidy transfers to the next eligible household at the property. Apply through ACCT to get on the waitlist.

McKnight Lane
  • 7-57 McKnight Lane, Waltham
  • Twelve 2BR and two 3BR units
  • 2018 Rent is $791 and $867 including utilities
14 highly energy efficient duplex units located a mile from downtown Vergennes.  Property features community gardens and Snake Mtn views. One unit has project-based rental assistance through VSHA.  Apply with ACCT to get on our waitlist.  

Middlebury South Village Apartments
  • 30 South Village Green, Middlebury
  • 1-3 BR Units
  • 2018 rents range from $663 to $1,025
"Midd South" is a modern, 30-unit elevator building located next to the Hannaford shopping center in Middlebury.  Units feature sustainably harvested maple floors and juliet balconies with mountain views.
