ACCT is committed to providing affordable homeownership in Addison County and to doing so in a sustainable way. Not only do we offer substantial downpayment grants to first-time homebuyers, we also work with developers and other non-profits to create more homes and expand the affordable housing stock. We've been awarded for our smart growth efforts in the past, and continue to strive for more accessible pathways to homeownership while mitigating sprawl.
