Vaughn's Mobile Home Park

Vaughan's Park is a small community nestled in the hills of Monkton. ACCT acquired Vaughan's in 2007. The purchase also included a parcel across the road to make drastic improvements to the park's septic system.

ACCT and Vaughan's residents welcomed the park into ACCT's community with a cookout in August of 2007.

From Burlington and points north: Traveling south on Route 7, turn left onto Old Hollow Road. Continue on Hollow Road; the park will be on the right.

From Vergennes and points south: Take the Monkton Road toward Monkton approximately 5 miles. Turn left onto Hollow Road. The park is several miles up on the left.
