Otter Creek Mobile Home Park

Vergennes, VT

Otter Creek Park is centrally located on the Panton Road in Vergennes. Acquired in 1991, it is one of ACCT's oldest parks as well as its largest. The main lawn by the entrance is a picturesque setting for community picnics. Otter Creek also has a generous number of lots for double wides.

From Burlington and points north: Follow Rte 7 South to the traffic light at Rte 22A (approximately 20 miles south of Burlington). Turn right onto 22A and follow it through the town of Vergennes and across the bridge at Otter Creek. After the bridge, make the second right onto the Panton Road. Otter Creek Park is less than a mile down the road, past the Goodrich plant, on the right.

From Middlebury and points south: Follow Rte 7 North approximately 12 miles. Turn left onto Green Street (before the traffic light at the Monkton Road). Follow Green Street to its intersection with Main Street, about a mile. At the traffic light, turn left onto Main Street and follow it across the bridge. After crossing Otter Creek, make the second right onto the Panton Road. Otter Creek Park is less than a mile down the road, past the Goodrich plant, on the right.
