Am I qualified?

Applicants must have a good rental history and have an income at or below the median income for Addison County.

How do I apply?

Call Marilyn Malzac at (802) 877-2626 or stop by the ACCT office at 272 Main Street in Vergennes to pick up an application. You can also download and print the application. Also, be sure to fill out a Mobile Home Park Release Form for each member of your household over 18 years old.
