Lazy Brook Mobile Home Park

Lazy Brook Park is one of three parks that have been the subject of a study by the University of Vermont's Department of Community Development and Applied Economics (CDAE). CDAE aims to understand how the three mobile home communities in Starksboro fit into the town planning scheme, and from there discover some things we can do to improve this model of affordable housing delivery. ACCT is extremely grateful to CDAE for undertaking this project and "raising some dust" so that we can move forward with our mission of providing permanently affordable housing to the people of Addison County while supporting healthy community development. From Bristol and points south: Take 116 North through the town of Starksboro. Turn right onto Hollow Road and follow it east for approximately 3 miles. Turn left into Lazy Brook Park.

From Burlington and points north: Take 116 South to Hollow Road. Turn left onto Hollow Road and follow it for approximately 3 miles. Turn left into Lazy Brook Park.
