Middlebury South Apartments

Middlebury South Apartments opened its doors in December 2007, bringing 30 new affordable rental units to Middlebury's housing stock. The project was a collaboration between ACCT, HOPE (formerly ACCAG), and Housing Vermont. Rents range from $650 to $895, and include heat, hot water, snow removal, and trash collection. Apartments have one to three bedrooms, with hardwood floors throughout that have been sustainably harvested by the Vermont Land Trust.
