Stonehill opened its doors in 2006, bringing 26 new affordable rental units to Middlebury's housing stock. The building features underground parking, ACTR access, and is bike friendly. Apartments have one to three bedrooms; rents range from $564 to $825 and include heat, hot water, snow removal, and trash collection.
