ACCT owns several affordable rental apartment units in Middlebury, Bristol, and Vergennes, totaling 196 units. The properties are managed by our rental division at Creekview in Vergennes; interested persons should call (802) 877-3749 except where otherwise noted.

To apply, you can download our rental applications. Creekview and Smallest City have their own applications; all other units use the general ACCT application.

Rents indicated below are approximate and subject to change. Some buildings are rent-subsidized, and actual rent may differ depending on your income. In some cases, income limits apply. We accept applications even for those buildings with no current vacancies, and encourage prospective applicants to contact us in case we have upcoming vacancies. In some cases, we keep a waitlist.
